Job Summary:

As a Data/Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, providing valuable information to support strategic decision-making within the organization. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets, employing statistical methods and tools to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Preparation:
  • Gather data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
  • Clean and preprocess data to eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and missing information.
  • Transform raw data into a format suitable for analysis.
  1. Data Analysis:
  • Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover hidden patterns and relationships.
  1. Reporting and Visualization:
  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure the clarity and accuracy of visual representations of data.
  1. Data Modeling and Forecasting:
  • Build and implement predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes.

  • Work with databases to retrieve and manipulate data as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role is preferred.
  • 1-3 years’ experience is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven insights.
